FINANCING

The purchase of the apartment is divided into several steps:
 

1. Signing of the reservation contract (RC) and payment of a reservation fee of 5.000 € within 7 days after signature. The reservation fee will be reimbursed if the required pre-sale is not reached within 5 months. 
2. Signing of the future purchase contract (FPC) when the required pre-sale is reached. Within 15 days after signing the FPC, the buyer will pay 20% of the total purchase price on a bank account opened for this project. 
 
3. After the final occupancy permit is obtained, the developer will inform the buyer to sign the purchase contract. Upon signing this contract, the buyer will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price. The seller will register the change of ownership in the cadastre within 5 working days. 
 
4. Handover of the apartment.
